EMC Walk-In and Wellness is a walk-in primary care clinic and wellness center conveniently located in Northern Phoenix, Arizona. Led by our experienced nurse practitioner she takes a proactive approach to quality care that focuses on addressing new or sudden health concerns and developing prevention strategies to improve each patient’s quality of life.   Trazell earned her initial nursing degree from the University at Buffalo SUNY, and her adult/gerontology primary care nurse practitioner degree from South University in Savannah, Georgia. With over 25 years of healthcare experience, she leads the team and ensures that medical professionals from all backgrounds work together to help support each patient’s health needs and goals. 

  At EMC Walk-In and Wellness, the team understands the importance of patient education and works together to develop custom recovery plans tailored toward each patient’s needs. Their goal is to improve each patient’s quality of life. Not feeling well or just need an annual exam? We do it all! We perform sports/DOT physicals and give referrals for injuries and complex illnesses. Whether you're sick or only need some routine maintenance, we're here for you!
